Objectives of the Course Unit: | In this course, it is aimed to provide students with the knowledge of the place and importance of protocol in social life and business environment, and the protocol they will use in their business and social lives. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | In this course, the students, the concept of protocol; rules regulating social life; rules governing business life; protocol rules applied in institutions and organizations; subordinate-superior relations; protocol rules on the phone; protocol rules in written and oral communication; protocol rules in vehicles; Appearance; ceremonies; meetings and invitations; visits; congratulations, thanks and condolences; meeting types, meeting rules are shown. |
