OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of this course is to provide theoretical training on the duties and responsibilities of ambulance and emergency care technicians, and to introduce the devices and materials used, ambulance types, ambulance service standards and standards, in order to make the personnel who will use the ambulance and the equipment in the ambulance become competent in transporting the patient to the nearest health institution in vital situations. learning about legal responsibilities. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Within the scope of this course; emergency medicine service system, patient and injured intervention methods, ambulance service standards, ambulance materials, equipment and usage, tools and materials used in fractures-dislocations-sprains, delivery kit, burn and trauma
sets, cardiovascular evaluation criteria, abdominal evaluation criteria, circulation, airway and respiratory evaluation criteria, neurological evaluation criteria, immobilizing the patient, rescue and safety in disaster situations, case studies will be covered. |
