OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Yarı iletkenler. Diyotlar, diyot uygulamaları (doğrultucular, kenetleyiciler, kırpıcılar, voltaj çoklayıcılar), özel diyotlar. Opamp’lar, opamp uygulamaları (karşılaştırıcı, toplayıcı, çıkarıcı, integral ve türev alıcı devreler, eviren ve evirmeyen yükselteçler, enstrümantasyon yükselteci). BJT’lerde eğilimleme, BJT Yükselteçler. Voltaj regülatörleri.
Contents of the Course Unit: TTL ve CMOS devrelerinin karakteristikleri ve birbirine bağlantıları. Mikroişlemcilere giriş, PLA’lar.
