OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The main objective of the course is to ensure that students are proficient in the critical factors of risk and crisis management in airlines, capable of assuming the necessary responsibilities and management roles, able to provide internal control and auditing in line with corporate culture, and capable of setting risk and crisis strategic objectives in accordance with the required international safety rules and procedures to make the right decisions at the right time.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course comprises the identification of all historically defined or future predictable types of risks, sources, and principles in the aviation sector in accordance with legal and authorized organizations' instructions. It involves examining preventive measures against risks and crises compatible with organizational culture through internal audits and controls, along with scenarios, introducing the reporting system, mastery of safety concepts, and explaining the integration knowledge management system for the professional execution of risk and crisis management.
