OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to explain why and how do psychologists use statistics identify different kinds of variables and measurement scales, explain relationship between populations and samples and between statistics and parameters
Contents of the Course Unit: introduction to statistics, frequency distributions, central tendency, data variability, z-scores, probability and samples, hypothesis testing
