OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It aims to describe and evaluate the basic processes of learning and performing human movements, how people learn skills, the principles of motor performance and motor learning.
Contents of the Course Unit: Age-related changes in motor behaviors, similarities and differences between individuals, concepts, principles, factors affecting motor development, theoretical approaches, physical development, perceptual motor skills and self-concept relationship, evaluation of motor behaviors in children.

To be able to define the basic concepts and theoretical approaches related to motor skills
