Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to gain knowledge about the basic concepts, developments and theories of organization and management, management processes and functions in terms of social work in institutions and organizations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Information on organization, management concepts, management processes and functions, manager and leader roles, roles of social worker as manager, relationship and interaction of social worker with organizational and managerial processes, quality of management and social service relation in human service organizations. |
