OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to gain knowledge and skills about the basic concepts of creativity and art, factors affecting creativity, the effects of different art fields on children, points to be considered in art education and preparing creative art activities. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts of creativity and art, characteristics of creative individuals, the role of educator in the process of creativity, support for creativity during early childhood, factors influencing the development of creativity in children, preparation of environments and programs supporting creativity, different art fields for children, stages and features of child drawings, importance of family and art in creativity, age appropriate art activities and creative materials, and discussions of these topics. |
