Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course especially aims to identify the communication styles to be applied by the institutions which they have experienced in communicational process and the cases turning out to be crisis, which they could not solve at standard process, to block the channels which cause the potential crises, transmission of the methods necessary to manage and solve the emerging crises despite the precautions taken |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include subjects to produce methods and formulas for solving serious problems that cannot be solved by standard communication methods and to manage the crisis in this way. In order to realize this crisis management, it shows the ways in which crisis communication forms will be carried out with which processes and with which teams. |
