OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Aims to understand all the procedures to be done for the passengers at the airport.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the lesson include the subjects such as all procedures, terms and behaviours related to passenger services.

Identify the terms related to passenger services.
Explain the content and functions of documents used in passenger services.
Identify the third party organisations and service relations at the airport at basic level.
Explain passenger entrance and exit procedures to the airport and the plane.
