OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This lesson; It aims to understand the importance of communication and the communication process, to understand the impact of the concepts of perception, persuasion and empathy in the communication process, to gain interpersonal communication skills and to develop effective communication strategies in organizational relations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of this course consists of explaining the basic facts and concepts of communication and communication models, the place and importance of communication, learning the concepts of communication conflicts and empathy, mass communication in the media and how to carry out communication applications in the media. |
