OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to discuss the theoretical knowledge about strategic management in aviation and to develop a strategic perspective.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as definition of Strategic Management, Strategic Management Process in Aviation, SWOT Analysis in Aviation, System Approach in Aviation, Aviation Competition Factors and Strategy, Strategic Benefit and Portfolio Analysis Techniques in Aviation, Strategic Alternative Types in Aviation, Strategic Positioning in Aviation, Global Strategies in Aviation, Aviation Competitiveness and Differentiation.
