OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to plan the career paths of the employees in the airline industry, to encourage their personal development in accordance with the training, internship and aviation sector, and to establish and manage professional cadres under the control of strategic planning techniques.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include subjects such as history and importance of career planning in the aviation sector, occupational groups and competencies, training and exam organizations, job analysis, staff needs, roles, Civil Aviation personnel planning, recruitment, selection, training and development methods, internship coordination, performance evaluation and pricing, interview techniques, Civil Aviation coaching, career and competency management, business valuation and performance management, identifying talent and interest, management of individual differences, career planning file, ethical and fair behaviour, fairs, aviation training problems in Turkey and solutions.

Identify the components and management of the aviation sector career planning
Evaluate the need for labor force and occupational groups in aviation
