OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To discuss current problems and solutions in tourism sector and to introduce new approaches for tourism development.
Contents of the Course Unit: This Course includes : The structure, functioning of the tourism industry, current applications, current problems, and solution proposals.

Define the economic, political, cultural and environmental problems affecting the tourism industry.
Evaluate the effects of tourism on regional development through income distribution and participation rates of the people to tourism.
