Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of this course is to enable students to gain the ability of risk management by understanding the importance of risk concept. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; Risk and Risk Classification, Risk and Return Measurement, Portfolio Management and Diversification, Arbitrage, Swaps, Forward Contracts, Futures Contracts, Options, Hedging, Hybrid Investment Instruments, Synthetic Investment Instruments, Hedge Funds. |
