OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste, bir çalışma alanı olarak kamu politikasının dünyada ve Türkiye’de tarihsel süreç içinde ortaya çıkışı ve kamu politikalarının aşamaları, aktörleri, kamu politikalarının sonuçları ve süregelen kamu politikalarının nasıl çözümlenebileceğini örnekleriyle birlikte analiz edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu ders, kamu politikasının tanımlanması, oluşum süreci, aktörleri ve karar verme modelleri ile dünyada ve Türkiye’de kamu politikasının doğuşu ve gelişimi konularını içermektedir.

Güncel kamu politikası tartışmaları örnek alınarak kamu politikasının oluşum aşamalarını (Gündem Belirme, Politika Oluşturma, politikanın Uygulanması ve politika Analizi) açıklar. (Explain)
Mevcut bir kamu politikası örneği üzerinden, kamu politikası yapım sürecinde etkili olan aktörleri analiz eder. (Analyze)
Kamu politikası yapım sürecinde etkili bir kamu politikası analizi aşamasının yeni bir kamu politikasını oluşumundaki etkisini olumlu ya da olumsuz etkileriyle eleştirel bir bakış açısı içinde çözümler. (Determine)
Kamu politikasında, karar verme sürecindeki dış ve iç dinamikleri değerlendirir. (Evaluate)
Mevcut bir politika örneği üzerinden, ele aldığı kamu politikasının toplumsal sistem üzerindeki etkilerini yorumlar. (Interpret)
