OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders; günümüzde ne özel sektör, ne de kamu kurumu niteliğine sahip olmayan üçüncü sektör örgütlerinin yönetimi kritik bir önem kazanmış ve örgüt kuramı akımları ve yönetim çalışmaları bu alanda giderek artmıştır. Bu ders, örgüt kuramında kar amacı gütmeyen ve sosyal bir etki yaratmayı hedefleyen kuruluşlara ilişkin genel bilgiyi ve yönetiminde dikkat edilmesi gereken temel kaygıları ve genel çerçeveyi sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriğini, üçüncü sektör örgütlerinin tanımlanması, kavramsal ve tarihsel inceleme, yasal çerçevesi ve devletle arasındaki ilişki; kamusal alan ve yurttaşlık ile sivil toplum arasındaki ilişki, üçüncü sektör örgütlerinin denetimi, finansmanı, insan kaynakları yönetimi, kriz yönetimi ve proje yönetimi konuları oluşturmaktadır.
