OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of this course is to teach students how to create effective teams, the functions of teams in the workplace and how to develop critical thinking skills to evaluate team processes. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The content of the course consists of the knowledge, attitudes and skills required to be effective team members, and topics related to team processes such as team characteristics, team motivation, group cohesion and group roles. |
