OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: With this course, the importance of leadership behavior in enterprises will be given to students to analyze leadership behavior with the help of various theories and approaches.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as Leadership concept, differences between leadership and management, characteristics of effective leaders, behavioral leadership approaches, situational leadership approaches and contemporary leadership approaches.
