OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of this course is to enable students to be qualified in quantitative research designs and to be able to analyze data effectively by using statistical programs.
Contents of the Course Unit: The contents of the course include topics such as: population, sample, Quantitative Research Design, questionnaire creation, SPSS usage.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Define basic concepts related with quantitative method.
Relate research methods to the appropriate methods in the field.
Interpret the findings of a research conducted by quantitative research method.
Set a research question and plan a research in accordance quantitative research processes.
Analyze the data by using SPSS program.
