OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	It is aimed to understand the challenges managers face in the fast changing global environment and emphasize methods and techniques to adopt to these changes in order to increase competitive advantages abd keep up with the global competition.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Managing in the global environment, diversity management, valur chain management, managing organizational structure and culture, Managing conflict, politics and negotiation, operations management, control, change and entrepreneurship, decision making, learning, knowledge management and information technologies
