Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge and skill to prepare the athletic training programs specific to the athlete. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; concepts related to training sciences, concepts of athletic performance and strength, speed, durability, coordination and flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, coordination and flexibility training methods and specific needs of sports, skill concept and skills of sports branches, training program for fitness development. |
