Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of lesson; The aim is to provide students with the knowledge to explain the ergogenic aids used in sports and their areas of use, and to organize a nutrition program for training and competition periods, taking into account the characteristics of the sports branch. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Course content; It covers body composition and weight balance of athletes, energy/macro-micronutrient requirements, nutrition in training, ergogenic aid, sports and nutrition in special cases. |
