| Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of lesson; To provide students with information on preparing a training plan specific to individual and team sports. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: |
Course content; Performance concepts, Planning of long-term athlete training, Annual Training Planning, Planning of annual training for different age groups, Planning of meso-cycle and micro-cycles, Planning and implementation of unit training, Overcompensation in terms of planning (super compensation), load-rest relationship, strength training periodization, endurance training periodization, speed training periodization, planning and application of form training, planning in individual and team sports. |
