OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to understand the legal rights and responsibilities of the student related to work life and social security.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course contains: to organize a business contract, to fulfill the obligations arising from the employment contract, terminate business relationship, carrying out the procedures related to the union, 4/1 to organize documents, organizing 4/1-b documents, organize 4/1-c documents.

At the end of this course the student can explain the basic concepts of labor law.
At the end of this course, the student can explain the basic principles of labor contracts.
At the end of this course, the student can explain the relationship between social security and labor law.
