OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To teach students computer programming using visual programming languages.
Contents of the Course Unit: The course includes an introduction to computer programming using languages such as Visual BASIC. It emphasizes the fundamentals of structured design, development, testing, implementation and documentation. It includes language syntax, data and file structures, input/output devices, and files.

Analyzes program requirements.
Designs/develops programs with GUI interfaces.
Develops interfaces using code programs and Visual Basic .Net.
Runs tests, fixes bugs, and reviews existing code.
