OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
| Objectives of the Course Unit: |
This is the first course in a two-course senior design series in which each student works on a design project from conception through implementation and testing. Students meet regularly with their advisor(s) to discuss technical and project management issues. This senior design project course involves identifying, designing, implementing, and testing a significant software and/or computer science project. Projects are evaluated based on their adherence to software/computer engineering principles, as well as their completion and deployment. Project documentation, written reports, and oral presentations are required. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: |
This course includes a project design component. It covers the entire process, from project selection to completion and presentation. This course enables students to apply what they have learned throughout their education. |
