OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Laying the foundation for quality awareness and quality management techniques in students by emphasizing the importance of quality with respect to competition in today’s changing conditions.
Contents of the Course Unit: Quality concept in businesses and practices concerning quality management.
