OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable students to gain knowledge about the basic causes of human behavior and to provide people with tolerant, correct methods and effective approaches while communicating in their professional lives within the scope of behavioral reasons.
Contents of the Course Unit: Behavior plane, forming factors, Social status and role behaviors, Learning, Culture, Attitude, Formation and measurement of attitudes, personality concept and metaprograms, Personality types, Perception, Communication process and factors preventing communication, communication styles, group concept, group types, management Includes topics on leadership and entrepreneurship
