OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
In this course, the student learns the parts and processes of CNC turning and milling machines. In addition, they will have information about the preparation of benches, writing programs and machining parts. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Features and parts of CNC lathe, Control panel types, keys and features, Cutter types, features and places of use, Features of the elements used in zeroing, Programming principles in CNC lathes, Calculation of tool roughing, Programming principles in CNC lathes, CNC Coding, CNC lathe Programming using cycles, measuring and controlling, alarm and error codes in CNC machines, motion and coordinate systems in CNC lathes |
