OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to familiarize the student with the working principles of Hydraulic and Pneumatic control systems, the circuits working with these control systems, and to be able to perform maintenance and repair applications with malfunctions that may occur in these systems.
Contents of the Course Unit: : The course includes informing and recognizing hydraulic circuit elements, creating hydraulic circuit diagrams, recognizing pneumatic circuit elements, creating a pneumatic circuit diagram, recognizing electro-pneumatic systems, malfunctions in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, periodic checks of systems, and maintenance and repair.

Explains hydraulic circuit components and their functions and solves numerical problems.
Draws the symbols of hydraulic circuit elements and establishes the circuit.
Detect malfunctions of hydraulic circuit elements and apply maintenance and repair methods.
Explains pneumatic circuit elements and their functions and solves numerical problems.
Draws the symbols of the pneumatic circuit elements and establishes the circuit.
Detect malfunctions of pneumatic circuit elements and apply maintenance and repair methods.
