Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide basic knowledge and skills in airline operations and fleet planning. Students gain in-depth knowledge on topics such as airline financial management, revenue optimization, fleet strategies and environmental sustainability. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The course covers topics such as financial management processes of the airline sector, revenue management, aircraft selection, fleet planning and financial risk management. Students gain a broad perspective on the sector by learning strategic management and sustainability practices used in modern airline operations. |

Learn the basic principles of airline financial management and understand how to use this information in operational decision processes. Understand revenue management and fleet planning strategies and evaluate the effects of these strategies on airline companies. Learn environmental sustainability and financial risk management and evaluate their role in airline operations. • Understands the impact of technology and data analytics on fleet planning and how to use these elements in modern airline operations. |
