OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Students' understanding of the functions of human resources units in businesses, human resources planning; job analysis and definitions; recruitment, selection and placement process; education; To examine training and development, career planning, performance evaluation, compensation and rewarding, communication, motivation and leadership development, to inform students about new developments and trends in the field of Human Resources Management. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
The emergence of human resources management covers topics related to HR practices such as job analysis, HR planning, HR procurement and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, job valuation and wage. |
