OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders kapsamında, havacılıkta stratejik yönetime ilişkin teorik bilgilerin ele alınması ve stratejik bakış açısının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Strateji Kavramı, Strateji ile İlişkili Kavramlar, Stratejik Yönetim Kavramı, Stratejik Yönetimin Önemi, Stratejik Yönetim Süreci, Havacılıkta Stratejik Yönetim, Havacılıkta Stratejik Analiz, Havacılıkta Stratejik Yönetim Teknik ve Yaklaşımları, Havacılıkta Pazarlama Stratejileri, Havacılıkta Büyüme Stratejileri, Havacılıkta Stratejik Yönetim Bağlamında Kriz Yönetimi, Havacılıkta Stratejik Yönetim Bağlamında Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk.
