OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Tehlikeli Madde Taşımacılığı dersinde öğrencilerin tehlikeli maddelerin tanımlarını, risklerini, sınıflandırılmalarını, paketlenmelerini, etiketlenmelerini, taşıma esaslarını, tarafların sorumluluklarını ve ilgili uluslararası sözleşmeleri öğrenmesi amaçlanır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu derste Tehlikeli Madde tanımlanır, insana ve çevreye hangi yollarla zarar verebileceği ile bunlardan kaçınma, korunma ve acil müdahale yöntemleri anlatılır.Tehlikeli Maddeler hakkında bilgilendirilir. Sınıflandırmalarına göre riskleri, paketlenmeleri, taşıma, depolama ve elleçlenmeleri için gerekli önlemler açıklanır.Tehlikeli Maddeler için Birleşmiş Milletler numarasının önemi ve uluslararası sözleşmeler hakkında bilgi verilir. Gönderen, taşıyan ve alıcının sorumlulukları üzerinde durulur. Tehlikeli Madde Güvenlik Bilgi Formu ve içeriği kavratılır.

Tehlikeli maddelerin Birleşmiş Milletler tarafından yapılan sınıflandırmalarını ve risklerini öğrenir.
Tehlikeli maddelerin insan ve çevreye hangi yollarla zararlarının olduğunu kavrar.
Tehlikeli maddeleri, risklerini, korunma ve acil müdahale yöntemlerini bilir.
Tehlikeli madde taşımacılığında uluslararası sözleşmeler ADR, RID, DGR, IMDG-Code hakkında genel bilgi sahibi olur.
Karayolu, havayolu ve denizyolunda tehlikeli madde taşımacılığında standardizasyon ve eşgüdümün öneminin bilincine varır.
Tehlikeli Maddelerin risklerine göre paketlenme gruplarını öğrenir.
Tehlikeli maddelerin etiketlerini tanır ve etiketlerin risk derecelendirme endeksleri hakkında bilgisi olur.
Tehlikeli Madde Güvenlik Bilgi Formu ve içeriğini bilir.
