OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Within the framework of the New Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, commercial business, commercial enterprise, the obligations of the merchant, commercial partnerships and negotiable papers law are explained as a basis, and the student's understanding of the relationship between merchants aims to bring basic solutions in an event related to commercial law.
Contents of the Course Unit: Introduction to commercial business law and its history, definition and elements of commercial business and business, the title of merchant and the provisions of being a merchant (the commercial title of real persons and the merchant title of legal persons), dependent merchant assistants, independent merchant assistants, unfair competition and provisions Lawsuits to be filed in case of unfair competition Deceptive advertisement The ways that the consumer can apply against deceptive advertisement, the definition of the company, its elements and classification of partnerships, the characteristics of ordinary company, collective company, limited partnership company, joint stock company and limited liability company characteristics, provisions of negotiable papers, basic principles valid in negotiable papers law, union of rights and promissory notes, It includes the definition and elements of policy, bond, check definition and its elements.

It explains who can be accepted as a trader under what conditions and what are the obligations of those who gain the title of trader.
Interprets the establishment, organs and responsibilities of company partners of commercial companies within the framework of the provisions of the New TCC.
It defines the basic information about the elements and provisions of policies, bills and checks, which are negotiable documents.
