OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Construction systems, excavation and arbitration work, formwork systems and skills to teach and give information on structural elements of the details, the skill to read architectural and structural design, buildings are designed to develop abilities in science and isolation techniques.
Contents of the Course Unit: Historical development of the building and construction systems, building classification, the building layout and orientation, orientation of the rooms, dimensioning, associating, the definition of the structure and duties of the members, reinforced concrete components of the system, examine the architectural and structural projects, principles of design of structural elements, building design principles, Prefabricated Systems , Industrial mold systems, excavation and arbitration works, Vertical circulation means (Stairs, elevator, etc.).. Roofs and chimneys, structures of water, heat, sound, vibration and fire-proofing and insulation details, Expansion joints, floor, wall, ceiling coverings, external claddings.
