OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Within the scope of the course, it is aimed to inform about Human Resources Management, which is one of the important areas of health management, and to make basic human resources practices such as performance evaluation, wage management, and education management known and used.
Contents of the Course Unit: Some Basic Concepts and Information About Human Resources Management, Human Resources Management and Environment, Job Analysis and Design, Human Resources Planning, Receiving Job Applications and Personnel Selection, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Career Planning, Wage Management, Occupational Health and Safety , Labor Relations, Motivation and Quality of Work Life, Management and Union Relations, Sample Practices in the Field of Health.

To be able to explain the importance of human resource management activities in health institutions.
To be able to relate human resource management activities with employee satisfaction.
To be able to list the possible effects and results of human resources on the organization.
Classifying the methods and systems related to the most efficient management of the human factor.
To be able to define subjects such as job analysis, recruitment, performance evaluation, wage management, which are the basic elements of human management in businesses.
To be able to produce solutions for problems related to human management functions in health institutions and businesses.
