OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To identify the political dialog concepts, to examine the reflections of these studies and the political campaigns, to put interpretation formats of political communication and to set up the connections between dialog concepts.
Contents of the Course Unit: Knowledge about election campaigns, propaganda, political messages in the different administrative structures, political communication, the culture of democracy, the political communication tools and actors and usage of these tools.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Know the concepts related to political communication and theoretical approaches.
Know that one of the important actors of political communication are the individuals and why the individual should be a subject of politics.
Can attain the infrastructure which is necessary for the political consultancy.
Gain different points of view related to political communication if s/he would like to conduct an academic study in the area of political communication.
Can analyze the role of political communication in the provision of political legacy and can correctly analyze the relationships between media and politics.
