OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of this course is to teach foundations of individual behaviour; Values, attitudes and Job Satisfaction; Personality and Emotions; motivation; group behaviour; work teams; conflict and negotiations, stress, time management; communication.
Contents of the Course Unit: Foundations of individual behaviour; perception, attribution, values, attitudes and job satisfaction; personality and emotions; motivation, group behaviour; communication; conflict and negotiations, stress, time management.

Describes the development of organizational behavior in the management process
