Objectives of the Course Unit: | It’s aimed to gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, the structure and function of nucleic acids, the role of vitamins and minerals, and the mechanisms of hunger and satiety. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, nucleic acids, vitamins, minerals, metabolic integration, alcohol and its metabolism, mechanisms of hunger and satiety. |
