OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The goal of this course is to provide information accumulation corcerning commercial law and make the undergarduate degree student gained the ability to analyze the cases.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course is composed of some well-identified basic concepts such as the concept of business, merchant, commercial register, commercial name, trade marks, unfair competition.

Examines the concepts of commercial transactions and solutions
Examines commercial law without carrying out commercial activities of enterprises
Explain the qualifications of foreign trade from the legal point of view
Defines business books.
Comments on cases of unfair competition.
