Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of this course to help students gain the skills of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, concentration and meditation techniques. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; basic concepts and contents of yoga, philosophy of yoga, yoga schools, movement, respiration, relaxation, concentration and meditation practices which constitute the bases of yoga system, personal attitude and ethical principles of yoga trainer. customized yoga classes: yoga for children, yoga for pregnant women and yoga for adults over 50 years. |
