OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students information about the legal rights of the individuals to use their leisure time with the legal dimensions.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; the concept of free time and leisure time, the concept of work and the use of time, the historical development of the concepts of working and work, the concepts of working and work today, the right and use of leisure time, legal aspects of having leisure time, concept of leisure time in laws in Turkey and in the world, leisure time in European Union norms, leisure time according to Laws and Regulations.

Define the concepts of free time and leisure time.
Describe the legislations on leisure time.
Describe the laws on leisure time by taking into account the European Union norms and the ILO agreements.
Explain the legal rights of the individuals to use their leisure time with the legal dimensions.
