Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to examine the sport activities and training programs of the individuals or groups subject to the training programs, to evaluate the content suitability and to prepare the training program specific to the sports branch. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the Course include; Physical and Physiological Requirements of Training, Motor Characteristics and Its importance in Training Knowledge, Training Methods for Development of Motor Characteristics, Specific Physical and Physiological Needs. |
