OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to learn and practice the basic techniques of cake and dessert production.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course is bakery management, dough types, dessert varieties and cake making.

Organize the basic techniques of pastry.
Improve standard recipes.
Plan the correct production techniques according to the materials and recipes used.
