| Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable students to develop and implement a design concept that incorporates residential (and optionally office) functions within the context of a site with a landscape area. Students will experience the processes of spatial analysis, structural constraints, functional programming, and design expression, and will deliver a professional-level project presentation. |
| Content: | The course content includes the spatial and functional analysis of residential (and optionally office) functions within the context of a site with a landscape area, the examination of existing physical conditions, the transfer of this data into the design process, and the development of an original interior architecture project. Students will present their projects using professional presentation techniques and participate in jury evaluations. |
