The aim of this course is to equip students with the management functions of healthcare institutions, such as planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling, as well as institutional (business) functions, the concept of health, the healthcare system, and the organization of the healthcare system, and to develop their knowledge and skills in these areas. |

The course content includes the following topics: definition of healthcare institutions, health and factors affecting health, hospital management boards, physician performance management, patient complaint management, procurement management in healthcare institutions, healthcare institutions and media relations, human resources management in healthcare institutions, and management psychology. |
