Objectives: The aim of this course is to teach how to prepare professional correspondence—including formal, business, and personal letters—quickly and effectively.
Content: This course covers the following topics: What is Communication? - Basic characteristics of communication - How does the communication process work?, What are the forms of communication? - Communication tools, Grammar - Use of punctuation marks, Grammar - Correct use and spelling of conjunctions, Language and expression disorders, Qualitative characteristics of correspondence, Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Official Correspondence, Sections and Types of Official Letters, Sections and Types of Business Letters, Private Letters, Petition Writing, Document Services, Types of Documents, Mailing, and General Review.
