Objectives and Contents

Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the fundamental concepts of communication, types of communication, and major communication theories, and to provide a theoretical and practical perspective on mass communication, propaganda, critical communication approaches, and communication practices in the field of health. Within the scope of the course, students are expected to develop the ability to analyze communication processes in their social, cultural, and psychological dimensions and to evaluate communication theories through contemporary examples.
